Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Stir in the taco seasoning along with a splash of water. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
3. Heat tortillas to make them pliable.
4. Add seasoned beef, cheese, and sour cream to each tortilla.
5. Fold and roll tightly; place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
6. (Optional) Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes until golden.
7. Drizzle with red enchilada sauce before serving.
