Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Lime juice (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and gently remove the pits.
  2. Brush the flesh of the avocados with lime juice to prevent browning.
