- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream or sour cream
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add shredded chicken, white beans, corn, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream or sour cream and heat through.
