Made with pantry staples, these flourless Banana Oatmeal Bars are chewy, healthy, and perfect for breakfast, snacking, or dessert!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups mashed bananas (about 3 bananas)
  • ½ cup nut butter
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.

3. Add nut butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Stir well.

4. Fold in rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt until combined.

5. Stir in chocolate chips, reserving a few for topping.

6. Transfer mixture into pan and press evenly.

7. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.

8. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and set.

9. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
