- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 tbsp butter
Instructions

- Add the butter to the skillet, allowing it to melt completely.
- Place the tortilla in the buttered skillet, coating one side evenly.
- Sprinkle both the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over half of the tortilla.
- Cook until the cheese starts to melt (about 1-2 minutes).
- Carefully fold the tortilla in half using a spatula.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- For air fryer option: Brush the outside with butter, fold with cheese inside, secure with a toothpick, and air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Notes
For a crispier texture, consider cooking in a panini press. Use fresh tortillas for the best texture.
