- 2 pounds Chicken Breasts or Thighs
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 packet Italian Dressing Seasoning Mix
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 12 ounces Angel Hair Pasta
Instructions
- Trim excess fat off the chicken and pat it dry. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the crock pot. Layer on cream cheese, butter, cream of chicken soup, and Italian dressing mix.
- Pour chicken broth over the top and mix gently to coat the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours.
- Prepare angel hair pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Shred the chicken in the crock pot and swirl it back into the sauce. Serve over pasta and garnish with parsley or cheese.
