- 1 cup beef broth

- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add ground beef or lamb; cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in carrots, peas, tomato paste, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Spoon mashed potatoes over the meat mixture, spreading to create an even layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
