- 2 cups Bell Peppers (various colors)
- 1 medium Red Onion
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
- 4 large Flour Tortillas
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Butter
Instructions
- Cook the crispy chicken tenders according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add sliced bell peppers and onions, sauté for 5–7 minutes until tender.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, sautéed bell peppers, onions, and ranch dressing. Mix thoroughly.
- Warm the tortillas briefly, then spoon the chicken and pepper mixture into each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
- Return the skillet to medium heat, placing the burritos seam-side down. Cook for about 2–3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and repeat.
- Cut the burritos in half to reveal the filling and serve warm with extra ranch dressing or salsa on the side.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute crispy chicken with crispy tofu or tempeh. These burritos can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
