Ingredients

  • 1 pound Crispy Chicken Tenders
  • 2 cups Bell Peppers (various colors)
  • 1 medium Red Onion
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the crispy chicken tenders according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add sliced bell peppers and onions, sauté for 5–7 minutes until tender.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, sautéed bell peppers, onions, and ranch dressing. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Warm the tortillas briefly, then spoon the chicken and pepper mixture into each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
  5. Return the skillet to medium heat, placing the burritos seam-side down. Cook for about 2–3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and repeat.
  6. Cut the burritos in half to reveal the filling and serve warm with extra ranch dressing or salsa on the side.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute crispy chicken with crispy tofu or tempeh. These burritos can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
