Description

Sausage Egg Breakfast Roll-Ups are a flaky, savory breakfast filled with scrambled eggs, melty cheddar cheese, and sausage links wrapped in buttery crescent dough. Perfect for busy mornings, brunches, or easy meal prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 breakfast sausage links (fully cooked)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and scramble the egg mixture until just set.

4. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.

5. Add a spoonful of scrambled eggs and a sprinkle of cheese to each triangle.

6. Place one sausage link on top and roll up from the wide end to the tip.

7. Arrange roll-ups on the baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.

8. Cool slightly before serving and enjoy warm.

Notes

For best results, use fully cooked sausage to ensure even baking.

Brush tops with melted butter before baking for a golden crust.

Customize with veggies like bell peppers, spinach, or mushrooms.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze up to 1 month. Reheat in oven or air fryer for best texture.
