Instructions

- Place the trimmed asparagus and sliced carrot sticks on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and ensure all pieces are coated generously.
- Sprinkle with minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper, then toss the vegetables to combine evenly.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, tossing the veggies halfway through until they are tender and lightly browned.
