Instructions

  2. Place the trimmed asparagus and sliced carrot sticks on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and ensure all pieces are coated generously.
  3. Sprinkle with minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper, then toss the vegetables to combine evenly.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, tossing the veggies halfway through until they are tender and lightly browned.
