- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

Instructions
- Start by setting your Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add ground beef and cook until browned and no longer pink.
- Carefully drain any excess fat from the cooked beef.
- Gently mix in the sliced mushrooms and ranch seasoning. Allow the flavors to meld for about a minute while stirring.
- Pour in the beef broth, then add the penne pasta. Ensure that the pasta is submerged in the liquid.
- Close the Instant Pot lid and set it to manual pressure for 4 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is complete, perform a quick release of the pressure to safely open the pot.
- Add sour cream to the pot and stir well until every noodle is enveloped in creamy goodness.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Dish up warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
