Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups pretzel crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the pretzel crumbs, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then coat with the pretzel mixture.
