Ingredients

  • 12 oz tortellini
  • 8 oz steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 2 cups cheese (provolone or cheddar), shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the sliced steak to the skillet, cooking until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Toss in the bell peppers and onions, cooking until softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
