Deliciously tempting dessert rolls filled with sweet pecan goodness.

- 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine granulated sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg. Reserve 2 tablespoons of this mixture for later use.
- Stir in the chopped pecans until evenly coated.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles on the baking sheet. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of pecan filling onto the widest part of each triangle.
- Roll the dough towards the narrow end, enclosing the filling completely.
- Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush with the reserved sugar mixture. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle additional chopped pecans on top before serving if desired.
Notes
Make ahead by preparing the filling a day in advance; refrigerate. These rolls can be frozen after partial baking.
