Description

Ingredients

  • Spring roll wrappers
  • Peanut butter
  • Jelly or jam (any flavor)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • Fresh fruits (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Lay out a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface.
  2. Spread a layer of peanut butter over the wrapper.
  3. Add a layer of jelly on top of the peanut butter.
  4. Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides as you go to seal the filling inside.
  5. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the rolls until they are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
