Ingredients
- Spring roll wrappers
- Peanut butter
- Jelly or jam (any flavor)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
- Fresh fruits (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Lay out a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface.
- Spread a layer of peanut butter over the wrapper.
- Add a layer of jelly on top of the peanut butter.
- Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides as you go to seal the filling inside.
- Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the rolls until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
- Slice and serve with fresh fruits, if desired.
Notes
