- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot. Place them flat in a single layer.
- Mix together the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour over the chicken.
- Add the sliced mushrooms on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot and stir in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese.
- Mix until creamy and heated through, allowing a few minutes for pasta to warm and absorb sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
