Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot. Place them flat in a single layer.
  2. Mix together the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour over the chicken.
