Description

Bursting with flavor, this baked haddock features bright Mediterranean herbs like lemon, rosemary, thyme, and oregano, perfect for a simple yet elegant meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Haddock
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh oregano, chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking dish with parchment or lightly oil it.
  2. Pat the fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary, thyme, and oregano in a small bowl.
  4. Place the fillets in a single layer in the prepared baking dish and spoon the herb mixture evenly over each fillet.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the fillets rest for 3 minutes before serving; finish with a quick squeeze of fresh lemon.
