- 4 fillets Haddock
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh oregano, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking dish with parchment or lightly oil it.
