Instructions
- Sauté the chopped onions, sliced mushrooms, and diced carrots in the Instant Pot using the sauté feature for about 5-7 minutes until soft.

- Season with salt and pepper, then pour in beef broth and scrape any browned bits from the pot.
- Secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Prepare mashed potatoes in the Instant Pot as directed.
- Carefully release pressure, serve beef mixture over fluffy mashed potatoes.
