- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, mix together the ranch dressing, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Spread the ranch mixture over each grilled chicken breast.
- In a separate bowl, mix panko bread crumbs, shredded provolone cheese, and melted butter until crumbs are well-coated.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the chicken.
- Grill for an additional 2-3 minutes until the topping is golden and crispy.
