Instructions

- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, ensuring it’s evenly spread out.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and lemon juice to create a glaze.
- Once the cake has cooled slightly, drizzle the glaze generously over the top. Serve warm or at room temperature.
