- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente (about 10-11 minutes) in salted boiling water. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- Mix together Italian dressing, lemon juice, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and onion powder in a large bowl.
- Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and gently stir until well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
