Ingredients

  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente (about 10-11 minutes) in salted boiling water. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. Mix together Italian dressing, lemon juice, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and onion powder in a large bowl.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and gently stir until well coated.
