Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. Cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest.
