Instructions
- Brown the Italian sausage in your Instant Pot on the sauté setting, breaking it into smaller pieces until fully cooked.
- Add chopped carrots, corn, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, diced tomatoes, and broth, stirring to combine.
- Fold in ditalini pasta, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set it to cook at high pressure for 1 minute. Perform a quick release of the pressure once done.
- Stir the soup and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving warm.
