Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred low-carb sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  2. Remove from heat, then add erythritol, vanilla extract, and sea salt, stirring until mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and spread it evenly.

  5. Lift the fudge out using parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.
