Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Perform a quick release to let out the steam carefully.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

Notes

For creamier texture, blend the soup slightly before adding cheese. Use an immersion blender to puree if desired.
