Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with non-stick spray or butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk them together well.
  3. Add the eggs, whole milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
  4. Carefully pour in the boiling water and stir until the batter is thin and well-mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Once baked, allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Drizzle warm caramel sauce over the cooled bundt cake.
