Description

A quick and easy skillet dish combining tender chicken, pasta, and a sticky honey garlic sauce that delights with every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz spaghetti or pasta of your choice
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 6–8 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and stir well. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Boil water in a separate pot and cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain well.
  5. Add drained pasta to the skillet with chicken and sauce; toss until fully coated.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Consider swapping chicken for thighs or tofu for a vegetarian dish. Enjoy with a side of cucumber salad.
