- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz spaghetti or pasta of your choice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 6–8 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small bowl until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and stir well. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Boil water in a separate pot and cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain well.
- Add drained pasta to the skillet with chicken and sauce; toss until fully coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Consider swapping chicken for thighs or tofu for a vegetarian dish. Enjoy with a side of cucumber salad.
