Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
3. Brush the crust lightly with olive oil.
4. Mix garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a small bowl, then sprinkle evenly over the crust.
5. Spread Alfredo sauce over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
6. Add the cooked chicken evenly over the sauce.
7. Top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
8. Scatter baby spinach leaves on top, then season with salt and pepper.
9. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
10. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use leftover rotisserie or grilled chicken for extra flavor.
Try homemade Alfredo sauce for a richer taste.
