- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions
- Begin by cooking the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant (about 2-3 minutes).
- Sprinkle in the ground beef, cooking until browned and fully cooked through. Break into small pieces with your spatula as it cooks.
- Pour in the diced tomatoes along with their juices, followed by the beef broth, Greek yogurt, and Parmesan cheese. Stir in the Italian seasoning, seasoning with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
