- 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup milk

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions until translucent.
- Combine the zucchini, onions, cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
