Description

Delicious and guilt-free peanut butter cups made with natural ingredients for an indulgent treat without the calories.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), cocoa powder, and sea salt until well combined.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into cupcake liners, filling halfway for the base layer.
  4. Freeze for about 15 minutes until set.
  5. Add the remaining mixture on top and freeze again until solid.
  6. Remove from liners and enjoy!

Notes

Use natural peanut butter for best flavor and choose organic coconut oil for maximum health benefits. Experiment with different nut butters for variety.
