Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper (any color), chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for sautéing
  • Cooked rice, lettuce wraps, or taco shells for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat a splash of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Toss in chopped onions and minced garlic, sautéing until softened and fragrant, about 3–4 minutes.
  3. Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chopped bell peppers, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Let everything cook together until the bell peppers are tender, about 4–5 more minutes.
