Instructions
- Heat a splash of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Toss in chopped onions and minced garlic, sautéing until softened and fragrant, about 3–4 minutes.
- Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped bell peppers, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Let everything cook together until the bell peppers are tender, about 4–5 more minutes.
- Serve your ground turkey and peppers over rice, wrapped in lettuce, or nestled into taco shells.
