- 1 packet Ranch Seasoning
- 1 packet Au Jus Mix
- 1 cup Pickled Onions
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Water or Beef Broth
Instructions
- Generously coat the beef chuck roast with ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned roast in a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the au jus mix and layer pickled onions on top.
- Pour in water or beef broth until the roast is halfway covered.
- Set the slow cooker on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, or cook in a pressure cooker on high for 60 minutes with natural release.
- Shred the beef and mix with juices before serving.
