Ingredients

  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 packet Au Jus Mix
  • 1 cup Pickled Onions
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Water or Beef Broth

Instructions

  1. Generously coat the beef chuck roast with ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the seasoned roast in a slow cooker.
  3. Sprinkle the au jus mix and layer pickled onions on top.
  4. Pour in water or beef broth until the roast is halfway covered.
  5. Set the slow cooker on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, or cook in a pressure cooker on high for 60 minutes with natural release.
  6. Shred the beef and mix with juices before serving.
