- 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 stick butter
- 8–10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to preference)
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Cut chicken into even-sized pieces and thread them onto skewers.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, adding minced garlic and cooking until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat; brush skewers with olive oil and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning until chicken reaches 165°F.
- Baste skewers with garlic parmesan sauce during the last few minutes of cooking and garnish with minced parsley before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate chicken in sauce for a few hours or overnight. Use fresh ingredients for better taste.
