Description

Irresistible garlic parmesan chicken skewers, perfect for any occasion with a flavor explosion that delights the palate.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to preference)
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into even-sized pieces and thread them onto skewers.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, adding minced garlic and cooking until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir in parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat; brush skewers with olive oil and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning until chicken reaches 165°F.
  5. Baste skewers with garlic parmesan sauce during the last few minutes of cooking and garnish with minced parsley before serving.
