Description
Juicy garlic chicken skewers brushed with crispy Parmesan butter sauce, perfect in air fryer, oven, or grill.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 stick butter
- 8–10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
Instructions
1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
2. Mix seasonings and coat chicken pieces with olive oil and spice blend.
3. Thread chicken onto skewers.
4. Melt butter and mix with garlic, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, and Parmesan.
5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Cook skewers 5 min, flip, baste, cook 2 min, flip, baste, cook 5–6 min more.
6. Or bake at 450°F for 14 min, flip/baste, then broil 2 min.
7. Or grill 5–6 min per side, basting with sauce.
8. Final basting and sprinkle Parmesan before serving.
Notes
Sub shrimp or tofu for chicken.
Use ghee instead of butter.
Serve hot over rice, in wraps, or with salad.
