Ingredients
Scale
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Arrange the chicken on top of the potatoes, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
For best results, ensure your chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Feel free to add extra garlic for more flavor.
