- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and set aside, covering loosely with foil.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, add thyme and rosemary, and stir well to combine.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer and allow to thicken for a few minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat well in the sauce.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles, garnished with fresh parsley.
