Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside, covering loosely with foil.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, add thyme and rosemary, and stir well to combine.
  6. Bring the sauce to a simmer and allow to thicken for a few minutes.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat well in the sauce.
  8. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles, garnished with fresh parsley.
