Ingredients
Scale
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 medium potatoes, diced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it begins to foam slightly.

- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes each side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a clean plate.
- In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes and cook until tender and golden, about 10-15 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the potatoes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.

Notes
For a smoky flavor, grill the chicken before adding it to the skillet. Consider marinating the chicken with lemon juice and spices for an extra kick.
