- 6–8 freeze-dried strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
- Crushed Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Cookies: Place the Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor. Pulse until finely crushed.
- Mix the Filling: Transfer the crumbs to a mixing bowl and add the softened cream cheese. Mix until fully combined into a thick dough.
- Shape the Truffles: Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill for Firmness: Freeze the balls for about 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the Coating: Melt the white chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions until smooth.
- Coat the Truffles: Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Let any excess chocolate drip off before placing it back on the lined baking sheet.
- Add Garnish: Sprinkle with crushed Oreos or freeze-dried strawberries if desired.
- Set and Serve: Allow the chocolate to set completely before serving. Store in the refrigerator for optimal freshness.
