Instructions

  1. Crush the Cookies: Place the Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor. Pulse until finely crushed.
  2. Mix the Filling: Transfer the crumbs to a mixing bowl and add the softened cream cheese. Mix until fully combined into a thick dough.
  3. Shape the Truffles: Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
