Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, mix the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
