- 3 cans of Corn (15 oz cans), drained
- ½ cup Milk
- 8 oz Cream cheese, cut into cubes
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter, cut into thin slices
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
Instructions
- In a medium-sized saucepan, place the drained corn, milk, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well to evenly combine.
- Add the cream cheese cubes and butter slices to the saucepan with the corn mixture.
- Heat over medium-high, stirring frequently until the cream cheese and butter melt into a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Remove from heat and serve warm, optionally adding a sprinkle of fresh cracked pepper.
Notes
For a thicker consistency, simmer longer and add extra milk if necessary. Adjust seasoning to taste.
