- 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can cream-style corn
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, Jiffy corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- If using, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
