Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (15 oz) can cream-style corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, Jiffy corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix until just combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. If using, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
