Ingredients
Scale

- ¼ cup vinegar (white or apple cider)
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place the chicken pieces in the Instant Pot, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- In a medium bowl, combine vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, making sure every piece is coated.
- Close the lid securely and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 10-15 minutes, based on the size of the chicken pieces.
- After cooking, allow the pressure to release naturally for five minutes before quickly releasing the remaining pressure. Serve with sauce drizzled on top.
Notes
Marinate the chicken for a few hours for deeper flavor. Fresh herbs like cilantro or parsley can be added before serving for a vibrant touch.
