Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus (approximately 1 lb), trimmed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken and sear for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
