- 1 can corn

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
- Add the diced onion, minced garlic, white beans, corn, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and stir it back into the soup.
- Ladle into bowls and serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
