- 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs

- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder or chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until the mixture holds together.
- Firmly press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan, creating an even crust. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- In a small cup, dissolve the instant coffee granules in hot water, then let cool to room temperature.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it turns smooth and creamy.
- Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix well until fully combined.
- Pour the cooled coffee mixture into the cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth and cohesive.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the coffee-cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.
- Spoon the filling into the chilled crust, smoothing the top for an elegant finish.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder or sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
