- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cooled coffee, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- Dust with powdered sugar or top with berries, fruit, or chocolate ganache as desired.
