Description

A comforting Chicken Cobbler featuring tender shredded chicken in a creamy sauce, topped with flaky biscuit dough—a perfect meal for sharing with loved ones.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker or an oven-safe dish, combine shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning. Stir well and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Tear the biscuit dough into bite-sized pieces and drop evenly on top of the chicken mixture.
  3. Drizzle melted butter over the biscuit pieces.
  4. If using a slow cooker, cook on low for 4-6 hours. If using an oven, preheat to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

You can prep the chicken mixture a day in advance. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
