- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a slow cooker or an oven-safe dish, combine shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning. Stir well and season with salt and pepper.
- Tear the biscuit dough into bite-sized pieces and drop evenly on top of the chicken mixture.
- Drizzle melted butter over the biscuit pieces.
- If using a slow cooker, cook on low for 4-6 hours. If using an oven, preheat to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
