Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped

- ¼ cup flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Add the chopped onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.
3. Stir in the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Sprinkle flour evenly over the beef mixture and stir to coat.
5. Gradually pour in the beef broth while stirring to avoid lumps.
6. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the gravy thickens.
7. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss gently until evenly coated.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
