- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Butter for toasting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, diced onion, minced garlic, hot sauce, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined. Use your hands for an even texture.
- Form the mixture into small patties that fit the size of the buns, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- While the chicken patties are baking, butter the burger buns and toast them in a skillet over medium heat until golden.
- Once the chicken patties are ready, place each on a bun and add extra cheese if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy your dynamite chicken buns!
Notes
Chill the mixture for easier handling, and don’t overmix to avoid tough patties. Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings.
