Description

Flavor-packed chicken buns that bring bold Mexican-inspired flavors to the table. Perfect for gatherings and customizable to suit all tastes.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Butter for toasting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, diced onion, minced garlic, hot sauce, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. Use your hands for an even texture.
  4. Form the mixture into small patties that fit the size of the buns, about 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
  6. While the chicken patties are baking, butter the burger buns and toast them in a skillet over medium heat until golden.
  7. Once the chicken patties are ready, place each on a bun and add extra cheese if desired.
